OK, listen: you are not the only one out there who is a bit confused over weight loss products. There are ads and reviews all over the place, talking about fat binding formulas, new appetite suppressing tablet solutions and so on. It is not easy to tell what is a total scam and what is for real. Keep reading, to learn about the most common product groups.
Serious weight loss products have one thing in common. They are made to help you lose weight in a safe manner. These products can (roughly) be divided into tree different groups:
1. Fat Binders
Fat binding products works in a quite smart way. They bind the fat in the food you have eaten, right in your stomach. So, the idea is that you eat the stuff you always eat and still manage to get rid of the fat you hate. As always, the manufacturers says that you have to combine fat binders with some exercise and a healthy low fat diet for everything to work smoothly. Sounds like a good plan, right?
A well known fat binder is Proactol, reviewed elsewhere on my website.
2. Fat Burners
Fat burners often claim that they increase the heat in your own body thermostat. Making it burn calories at a faster rate than usual. Special enzymes are boosted to increase metabolism greatly – the result is that quite large amounts of body fat are “burned away”. So, there are obvious differences to the fat binder product group.
A good fat burner is the Phen375 pill that we have reviewed as well. It works nicely and actually combines fat burning with appetite suppressing.
3. Appetite Suppressants
Of course, Hoodia Gordonii is the obvious thing that first comes to mind when appetite suppressants are mentioned. Appetite suppressants makes you less hungry as they “fool” the stomach into feeling that it is less hungry than it actually is. The reduced calorie intake makes you loose weight rather quickly. This is a very well known and effective way of reducing someones weight.
An appetite suppressant reviewed here is Uniquehoodia, click here to read the article.
So, some things to remember. Keep reading as much as you can before deciding what to buy and use. Remember to avoid those nasty, cheap and scammy asian knockoffs. Your health is at risk and it is soo stupid to waste money and quality of life on some bad brands. There are a lot of downright horrible weight loss products sold over the internet. Danger! Do not buy them! Buy weight loss products that have a good reputation. They will probably cost a bit more, but it is well worth it in the long run.
